Kamaraj Domestic Terminal

Terminal T1 serves as a domestic arrival / departure.

Boarding gates: 9 (6 located on the ground floor and 3 on the first floor).

Anna International Terminal

Terminal T3 & T4 serves as a international arrival / departure. T3 is used for international arrivals and T4 is used for international departures.

Terminal T2 is used for cargo operation where all the cargo planes will be arriving / departing from this terminal.

  2. Search your lost things and verify. If your lost item has mentioned, click the link “make a claim” or call using the given phone number.
  3. Keep a copy of your Boarding pass /proof of journey, passport/ID card issued by government
  4. Keep the details of the lost item
  5. If the owner could not collect the lost item, authorized person can collect the item on behalf of the owner where as they are required to carry authorization letter from the owner, Boarding pass /proof of journey, Owner’s Govt. authorised photo ID card preferably AADHAR card/Licence/PAN card, Photo ID card of the authorised person
  6. Lost items must be collected with in 90 days.
  7. Perishable items are kept for 48 hours after which they will be disposed of.
  8. Once you have received the claim approval confirmation, collect the item within 10 days
